Reports to: VP of Sales and Marketing

Overview: The purpose of the Marketing Manager is to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
  • Manage the development and implementation of all advertising materials.
  • Act as a liaison with advertising agency.
  • Manage trade show schedules.
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
  • Manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within the agreed budget.
  • Provide information for Dealer contracts.
  • Responsible for working with management and others to develop/protect Drago brand, trademarks and slogans.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong people skills
  • Strong computer design skills including InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, as well as advertising software and technology
  • Management experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills (Office 365)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

This position will at times require prolonged periods of sitting. May involve moving materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
